Subway

went through the drive-thru after work today, waited 13 minutes at the window before someone was able to help me. i usually never wait this long at this location so i knew they were having some kind of issue inside. turns out they had only 1 employee working tonight which is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to the employee. even though she was obviously stressed, she still took the time to ask me about my day and brighten my mood. as a food service worker, i know how hard that can be. my sub was absolutely perfect and i want to give her so many props. although management obviously screwed her over, she made it a wonderful experience. and to this subways management, treat your employees better, they deserve it.
