Service was fast and this place was semi clean. The soda machine was messy . Had ordered whopper Jr meal number3 Chicken sandwich meal #4 crispy chicken bacon & Swiss sandwich meal #6 was fresh and hot . However the crispiness was crispy at all lol.the foundation sodas not fresh except for the lemonade and sprite.need to pay attention to details on the fountain soda Machine and clean the outside of the building to represent

Katima was amazing. Her sweet, gentle personality showed she really cared about every detail of my order. She went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling valued and cared for. I was a CS trainer for WWD. I know what that should look like, Katina at the 4976 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470 location did all of it.

I had a problem with the app and the shift manager (Kristina or what ever title she has ).. listen to me let me talk came up with a saluting after asking to see my order on the app and email that confirmed it and made my order personally ( I watched her ) best customer service I ever received . And refused to give me old onion rings. I definitely will be back and I hope they get more people like her ......
