Honestly not a fan of a Quickly where everyone is working so slowly. Top it off with the fact that when asked about drinks on the menu, you're met with an "I don't know," or an indifference for customer retention. There was broken glass outside the store, pigeons, and trash everywhere. This review is for the location at 609 East 12th Street in Oakland, CA (as per my receipt states).

The drinks are good. I’m glad they have non dairy alternatives. I think they sold me bad fried tofu on 4/10/2022. Those tofu cubes were sour, usually a sign of spoiling. It was, and is, not pleasant. I usually only order drinks here. I decided to get the tofu today because I was hungry. That was a bad choice.

Employees talking about their personal life at work really ghetto. Took them over ten minutes after I asked nicely for food . It was sitting on the counter the whole time .

This is my FAVE quickly’s location. Their menu is full of goodies that other locations either don’t offer or don’t do right SMH. Everything is always delicious, fresh and correctly sweetened. I can’t imagine my summer without their watermelon slush add lychee. O M G. And I can’t wait to try their fried catfish!

Best boba place!!! I always take my son here after we take an early walk. The location is hidden but they are very quick and accurate on what we want.
This is a great location and the bathroom is clean!!

I always get the passion fruit slush or oreo cookie snow ! Best drinks in town and close to go on a small walk with family and friends. I also like like fried potstickers, they're amazing with the sweet and hot sauce. Very small and convenient place to hang out and cool customer service.

They messed up my order, and waited till my order got cold to let the DoorDasher receive it and give it to me. I asked for popcorn shrimp. If they ran out of shrimp like I assume, then they could have told me and I would have taken that item off. Instead I got rice and chicken wrapped in seaweed. But I am currently typing this with my Calamari and Fries in the oven. Me and the DoorDasher were disappointed with the service.
