Worst place to go for anything!!! My orders was so mess up!! Ordered the beef stacker with bacon! One patty! No bacon! No tomatoes or lettuce. 2 meals cost me $26.00... Called to talk to someone no answer!! Maybe they need to hire people that can speak and understand English! and I'm of color.

Worst place I visited in a long time really bad customer services... never got taking care of had to leave the place with out taking a order the drive thru was empty and there was 5 employees inside i decided to go because like my food fresh but they never took my order also I seen a employee bring like a exaggerated amount of cook meet when it wasn't even busy I sincerely had to walk out the place

The drive thru person charged me 14.29 for impossible whopper meal large and then didn't give me receipt for my order she said machine is not working, And the meal was cold.. Can you believe that. when I came next morning for the receipt the people who were barely speaking English started to argue with me, when I ask for manager she said she can't help and then other lady employees started arguing with me, this place sucks

The biggest drawback is that you cannot use the bathroom facilities.
It is closed off to the public.
You can use the sanitizer machine to wash your hands but it is inconvenient.
I was originally going to give it 2 stars but the counter service was great.
A word to the wise:
Do not fill up because you'll have a hard time unloading it.
You know what I mean.

I love the food though, however I never recalled it once being hot or warm when ordering there in the last 03 years. And they screwed me out of my $2.79 small fries order this saturday. My family orders food from them( through DoorDash) and they repeatedly failed to honor all of our order requests. Location wise it's close by but customer service/employee competency wise firing or retraining is a must! Make employees glove wearing and customer mask wearing mandates enforced. Don't like employees handling my credit/debit when accessing the card reader.

Only come midday, weekdays unless u enjoy rudeness. No light on the menu board which is after the speaker. Prices don't correlate to what they actually charge you and when you point it out they say, "Well that's the price." (That was a manager?!) If I say no, they would have to 'throw it away' which would be a complete waste of food vs making a customer happy over 33¢ (somehow I feel they would just repackage anyway.) You can't read your receipt (if u even get one) and this has been the same printer for over 9months!!!
Asked for mayo...out for months. Asked for some from the grill, "can't do that." You can put it on my sandos but u can't give me a side of it??? I'd go out of my way to go to Broadway if u like BK- they're friendly, cheaper, and competent. I'll probably just stop being lazy and make my own BETTER burgers now.

The Worse Burger King Restaurant!!!, Dirty Lobby, Cashier was not Respectful to Customer, Flies are all over the Place, Bathrooms are Closed for No Reason, Food are Disgusting!, Lady sleeping in the lobby, Every small items they charged money! there are Dirty Clothes everywhere!!!
