Lakeside Creamery

We were here last night and ice cream was good. Employees were friendly and very helpful. They were busy but the line moved fast. We came back tonight and it was a little different. The line went to the back of the building, which is ok. Our favorite ice cream place at home always has a long line. I don’t think this line moved as quickly tho. They were out of several things and seemed to be a little disorganized behind the counter. That being said, The ice cream was still good and I imagine we will be back again before we leave.

This place has to get 5 star offcourse for the icecream but also how they treat individual customer ... they are pretty quick even on weekend rush hour. We ordered bunch of cone icecream and milkshake and all of them were good... and on top they gave free cup of vanilla for my pet... which was awesome. Worth visiting !

We were On vacation at Deep Creek lake …and visited lakeside Creamery! If your visiting this area …this is a must stop! You can drive to lakeside creamery or like we did It has dock slips to dock your boat and get the most wonderful ice cream! We received great service ! The kids and grandchildren had a great time🍦🍦🍦🍧🍧🍨🍨❤️❤️❤️

The ice cream here has exotic flavors, along with regular flavors. They have some flavors by season, like key lime, and others on a regular basis, like peanut butter swirl or cake batter. They have a monopoly on the area, since there are no other ice cream places located around Deep Creek, which explains a line out the door where you could be waiting 45 minutes to get to the door. They sell pints of some of their flavors, if you do not want to wait, at the store next door. They so serve dockside, if you want to purchase while out boating. The only caution here is that you have to edit for boats to leave and the dock has been known to do damage to boats. They have seats inside and at tables outside.
