Pleasantly surprised! From the outside it doesn't look like much but that never stops me. We had 5 rolls and pretty much loved them all. The Godzilla had the best crunch in a roll I've ever had and the princess was delish! Very clean and the staff was attentive and nice. Will definitely be back!

Seriously the cleanest, Freshest sushi spot! The food was perfect and delicious. Definitely our new sushi spot. We got the Tennesse roll, Red hot roll, Pork Gyoza, and the sides of Lo Mein. Absolutely wonderful!

This was a delightful dinner. I'm from out of town, so I tried the Tennessee roll. Really good! I also ordered the filter minion hibachi. Very delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and very quick to fill my water. That's a big deal for me.

The food and service here is great! Love to go here to get their sushi and hibachi/teriyaki plates. Compared to most places, the servers here are attentive and gentle to their customers. Best time to dine in is around 2-4 for lunch. They get really crowded on Friday and Saturday nights and at times won’t be able to take carry out orders to not overwhelm the kitchen, so keep that in mind when calling in for an order.

This place is fantastic! I got the filet hibachi and the salad dressing and sauce were house made. I don't eat raw fish but my son loved the yellow tail and snapper. They also had his favorite grilled eel. Service was fantastic and a lovely decor with a very clean dining room. Highly recommended.

Really I give this 4.5 stars.. service members were very good and prompt; food tasted really good with just the rice being a little under seasoned, though the broccoli was incredible; I did not like their sweet tea, though I do find it hard these days to find any place that does sweat tea to my liking…
Overall definitely a place to come back to on a regular basis

A modest exterior hides a marvellous dining experience. Service was attentive and prompt. The lunch shrimp was grilled to perfection. Vegetables were plentiful and flavorful. And the green tea: aromatic and floral. (Best I've had at a restaurant in a very long time.) Five stars and five thumbs up.
[Update: the dinner portion of the shrimp hibachi is larger, includes both a lovely salad & miso soup, & the same extraordinary attention by staff. Few if any meals are ever perfect, but this one is. A real treat!!!]
If you fancy Japanese cuisine, give Kume a try. You won't be disappointed.
