Worst meatball sub ever! The meatballs were in a cold pan instead of already warmed so even toasted, the meatballs were COLD all the way through! The girl working needs some serious help with her customer service skills. At least she put on plenty of veggies. I guess I should’ve read the other reviews before going there.

Hands down the most disgusting, messy, nastiest Subway I have EVER been in. The young lady had long braids that weren't tied back, there was food everywhere, she kept asking me the SAME question over and over. The bread I asked for clearly wasn't done, and when I asked for something else she gave me the wrong thing. The drink machine looked like it was in a war with pieces of it broken off. This used to be a really nice Subway, but right about now it needs to close if this is how it's going to operate.

Not as good as the subway in westland on newburgh rd. Server was nice, but over worked. The store kept getting crowded but he was the only one working and making the subs. He said he like working by himself but the quality of service suffers because he's the only one working and producing less than quality subs

This is the worst subway I've ever visited. I placed my order online for 4 footlongs and they did not have my order ready when I arrived.I paid online through the app and they did not have all the food items to make my subs. This was very sad 😔 😟 I could not get any help from the two workers about how to get my money back from online, since they cannot accommodate my order. This was a mess! Please go to the subway on woodward in plaza with td nails And tanning salon near catalpa.just google Berkley subway for directions.
