Ihop

If I was to give this IHOP no stars for a review, I would. Whoever the cashier was gave me a hard time using an IHOP corporate card and 2 coupons in one visit. I had a coupon for a free short stack of pancakes and another coupon for buy one get one meal. The free short stack coupon stated that it may be combined with a buy one get one coupon but the cashier did not want to honor it. The coupon is straightforward and I don't understand why it was so difficult for the staff to understand. One employee jumped in the conversation when no one even asked for his opinion or input. He tried pointing out things from the coupon without reading thoroughly. I will never step foot in this IHOP ever again and I will advise my friends and family to stop going there. The people who work there are rude and retarded who obviously cannot read.

Took my family to this location this past summer and didn't even stay because there were GNATS flying everywhere! Disgusting! We left and drove to the Melrose Park location, which was soooo much better. I also tried this location many years ago, and the food was not good. I thought years later they would have improved. No such luck.
