Dunkin'

This Dunkin is not the same at all anymore.they are beyond rude they will mess up your order and catch a attitude when you ask them can it be fixed. It is a young lady that works there with red hair she is the rudest one of them all I cannot believe she actually have a job everyone needs a customer service class that works here especially the manager with the black ponytail she will stand at the register and ignore you and she will not serve you until she is done with what she is doing I really miss the old crew well mannered and respectful this new crew is beyond a mess the only one that talk to people right is the young Hispanic man with the ponytail the rest of them need to take a class on customer service literally. Also the bathroom for the customers looks like a dump while the one for the employees is clean and smell like Lysol I will be contacting oak park health department because I know they will not approve of that at all if you guys go here be prepared for the attitudes lol I will not be returning here gave them way to many chances

I always like talking. The only thing about dunking though is that all of their food taste like bleach water. I can smell and taste the freezer when I take a bite out of the food. Is that part. Plus they're refresher drinks are terrible tasting. They leave a nasty taste in the mouth after drinking them so y'all might as well go ahead and save your money. Also they don't have the flavor balls inside of the refresher drinks as advertised.

Worst DD I’ve been too, the Spanish lady is so busy talking and making jokes everyone in the line including me got our orders wrong, as I’m thinking I’m early to get to work at 7:30am, I get there at 7am order 2 ice coffee 7:15 I get one and then she ask me what you’re waiting for, I was like for my other coffee but you’re too busy taking, I get out of the DD at 7:26, poor service, not excellent in customer service and no common sense.

This dunkin is not the same as before. The manager I think her name is Rosa is a very unprofessional. This woman is rude and has a dirty mouth she's always saying bad words in spanish. She lies to customer's I asked for almond milk which is a different charge she gave me skim milk I brought it to her attention while I'm standing in front of the soft drink cooler I never saw her pull out almond milk for my coffee as the other girls always have she will look dead in my face and lie. message to the owners Rosa needs a class of customer service skills she is a horrible person when I go in i dnt want her serving me. This dunkin is on my way to work so I like going there I just think you need better management
