Ihop

I had a build your own omelet with French toast and hash browns. Omgosh so much food! The omelet was huge and the best omelet I have ever had. My mom had French toast with strawberries and bananas. Our waitress was great too. Everyone that we saw was very nice. The tables were clean and so was the bathroom.

French toast was like uncooked egg and bread with no cinnamon or vanilla. I called hoping for a refund and they insisted on remaking the order which I'm fine with, but the second batch was the same, albeit more cooked the second time. Still tasted like white bread and egg without any of the usual flavor.

Me and my husband ate breakfast here and at the beginning the waitress was very rude, she didn't speak just walked up and said y'all know what y'all want or do I need to come back. So we just looked at each other and ordered. So she came back to the table with two glasses of water and slammed them on the table with silverware. She then came back with coffee container and 1cup she poured some in the cup and left. So I decided to see if they had any comment cards, the lady said they didn't have any so I asked was the manager there she told me yes. So she got busy and I went back to our table. The manager did come over and asked was everything alright and said is it good or bad. I looked at him and said it's not good. So I just told him let us finish our meal and we would talk to him before we left. So I noticed the waitress asked the lady what did I want, so I guess she told her, but any way she came back with a different attitude and started being so nice and polite. It shouldn't take that to get good service. Me and my husband always tip twenty percent of our bill which we still did but don't judge us before you serve us. Rough start but ended pleasant.

My family and I stayed at a hotel not too far from the exit this Ihop was on. We slept in and missed breakfast at the hotel and pretty much all the restaurants that serve breakfast. I went in and got a menu to take out to the car so we could place a to go order. When I came back in, no one even acknowledged me. I sat down and waited. After, a couple came to to the register to pay and two other sets of customers came in to dine. All three were helped and I wasn’t acknowledged until I spoke to the server when she was walking away with the second customers to bring to a table. I asked if I could place a to go order and she told me it would be a minute. She never came back. Three more customers came in and a different server came to the counter. She acknowledged me but when I told her I needed to place a to go order she too seated the others and left me sitting there. Needless to say, I left.

We walked in and a person that looked like she had just finished eating there eventually got up to seat us(while talking on her phone!!) it was two adults and a child she gave us three adult menus, I ended up getting a kids menu myself while we were getting seated. Waited 10 minutes and still no one had been to our table. Servers were coughing and on their phones. This place has really gone downhill, save yourselves the trip.
