if there was 0 stars i would give them 0 there employees truly don’t care. Manager acted like he was not able to handle an issue and talked in circles. offered to refund my order instead of simply replacing the food that was incorrect. we never had an issue with this location previously but after this encounter with management we will not be returning.

Let's talk breakfast... huge fail for me.. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the sausage egg and cheese burrito. The burrito was the size of half of a dollar bill. Not even joking. The biscuit was ok but the gravy was terrible. All they did was take a sausage link, chop it up and throw it in some gravy that tasted like it came from a dry mix. Not impressed. I literally took the stuff that was inside the burrito and put it on top of the biscuits, This is all the egg I got out of the burrito and this is the chopped up sausage link that was in the gravy. Wendy's will need to do better than that, if their breakfast menu is going to last! Nothing like the commercial looks!
