O'charleys

Ordered yesterday and found out the $16 Fish and Chips special didn't actually include chips if you wanted a side, portions were abysmal and our sweet tea was completely unsweetened. When I called to get it fixed, the girl on the phone insisted it was actually sweet and that I was 'wrong' about the sweetness level. I had to make a second trip out and was given some gift certificates for the trouble. So far not so bad. Skip to today where I redeemed those gift certificates for some steak. Complete disappointment, again. The steaks were ordered medium and came well done, the 'tenders' are the smallest I've ever seen and the value for the price is insulting. My toddler doesn't even want to eat the steaks from this restaurant and he'll try to happily eat day old crumbs out of the carpet. The only reason I haven't called to complain (for the second time) is because the portion sizes are not the fault of the team members at the restaurant and because it was already a hassle to reach a resolution the first time. Further the only reason this isn't a one star review is that the management team did do their very best to make my issues right, however getting to them and finding a solution was too much of a headache the first time around and the only solutions they appear to have to make right involves coupons and discounts, and simply I'm not interested in eating here again.

The manager at this restaurant went above and beyond for my family tonight. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but when Door Dash didn't deliver a family members dinner she personally brought the dish out to us without me having to beg! She also gave us more hot rolls(which are amazing) and 3 slices of pie. Excellent customer service and we will definitely eat here again!
