PROS: This is a very nice Starbucks, more than the average location. The staff is very nice and theres a lot of room to sit. They have a gas fireplace to sit next to and relax
CONS: Occasionally i may see a homeless person come in here from time to time and they don't clean the tables as often as they should
OVERALL: Still an amazing Starbucks that I will continuously go to when I'm in the area

This Starbucks is the prime example of the importance of customer service. I would come here when I found myself in the area. Each time was an extremely pleasant experience. One time I received a discounted drink because the baristas thought I was the nicest person of the day, another time I received a discounted [expensive] drink because one barista thought the other barista should have been nicer to me. I drive 20 minutes, past multiple Starbucks's, to receive amazing customer service.

Clean and hip location. Go there weekly and it is hit or miss. Pain to be able to find parking nearby but a paid parking lot a few blocks down. There are other Starbucks near by so I only go when walking the town on other business.

I am here today 2/21 at 1:45 and they can only give pennys for change !
The barista offered to give me 80 pennys back! There was a tip jar and and I suggested to switch out the tip jar coins for Penny’s but he wouldn’t do that. The cashier said that last week they ran out of Vanilla. Does management know what is going on at this Nyack location?

If you walk in and see a barista named Angie, run!! She is so rude and nasty. Her attitude alone will make you feel like you don’t want to be there. If you ask for extra things or substitutes she will sign and roll her eyes. There are flies everywhere, the floors are dirty and everything looked messy!!! Do better Starbucks !! Hire nicer people !

Nasty service. Not friendly at all, didnt give me change back because she said there was a shortage of change. She should of told me that before when I was paying with cash. Then gave me an attitude when asked for creamer. Hire some friendlier people and warn us you don't have change. Even though I heard change when she closed the register. This happened Sat evening. Horrible...stealing money and rude. Shame on you starbucks...

I bought two drinks and they gave me one and forgot about the other one. Only one of the two bathrooms was open and it was out of TP. When I asked about it I was told the manager was out of town and had forgotten to order toilet paper so they just closed the restrooms entirely. After I'd just spent $30 on drinks and snacks they told me to go use the restroom at the independent pizzeria down the block. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

Not thrilled with this Starbucks. There is ample space yet not enough tables or outlets. Additionally, the employees aren’t overly thrilled about being there and tend to put customers on hold to finish private conversations. I do have to say the place is always clean and sparkling, so I do return. Wish there was 5 minute parking for online orders
