Pie Lady & Son

Great spot for home made pies. Great combinations and seasonal flavors only all the time. Basics apple pie is always available but I'd suggest to get the seasonal flavors. One favorite is plum when it is available. Coffee is not worth it here but nice to have a cup of coffee with pie if you're sitting down to enjoy it. It's not bad enough for me to knock down a star but you're not coming here for the coffee so don't worry.

Ok I’m from Los Angeles where like everything else a slice of REAL PIE is a fantasy. So... living there most of my life I had to perfect my own homemade pie. Apple Crumb is my top in house flavor. When I moved to Nyack last August all the locals convinced me to try Pie Lady & Son. It’s right in the ❤️of this quaint little town on Main Street. It comes in second to my home crafter pastry but the plus is I don’t have to put time or funds into baking the pie. Some here say “expensive”. I disagree. The slices are ample and you can get it a la mode for under $10. The ice cream is local and very tasty and the coffee ☕️ extraordinary. The hours are great . The help knowledgeable and very kind and efficient. Especially Abbie & Lucie !Never a long crazy line!!!And they’ll heat it up at no additional cost. I recommend driving or biking even miles when you’re in the area for a rewarding slice of Mother’s pie. The crumb topping fruit pies are my “go to” Seasonal pumpkin deserves a sampling.! Trust me experiencing this Great American treat is worth well more than $10. It’s in my opinion a PRICELESS slice of LOVE❤️

I've only had the muffins here, but would love to sample their pies as they look awesome. Unfortunately, I can't carry a pie on my bike back to Brooklyn. =[ The muffins are some of the best I've ever had. Wonderful texture and you can taste all the ingredients that went into it. The strawberry rhubarb muffin is out of this world!
