We ordered a massive amount of food to be fair but one of us asked for meatballs, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella with NO salad. What they got was a meatball sub with all the salad and no pepperoni or salami. It was all cold when they wanted it toasted. We spent so much money for a friday lunch for work and was ruined by the wrong order

Not fantastic seems to have significantly smaller portion sizes compared to other franchises around. Just had a tragic wrap barely any filling at all for over 8 pounds, bit of a letdown. They dont seem to read or listen to order notes either.
