Grill Town

The food is nice but has one missing items (the milkshake), I don't know why Grill town always has missing items. Is this a habit from your takeaways??? but they did send the item even though we need to talk with them twice. At least they accept their mistake. This branch Sneinton customer service is better 100000 times than Grill town Manfield road sherwood. That place is arrghhhh the worse! The most bad customer service is Manfield road grilled town. I don't know if you guys are the same or what, but that place is worse. This takeaway mistake. Please 🙏 learn a mistake, I don't like it, and I believe all customers don't like when our food is missing. You guys said we will replace it the next time we order from you guys. When we will order again???? Don't do this. It's not good. We don't pluck money from the tree to keep buying takeaways. We also want to try from another place too. Please erase this kind of behaviour and attitude it's not good. I recommended this place for their food.

So to review... I found grill town a couple of months ago because I needed a good local takeaway and I was sick of travelling a way to eat good food. So I searched on Google maps and found grill town. The first thing we ordered were the lamb chops, and chicken tikka kebab. I made the order on the phone and communication was good. When I arrived to pick up my order I was impressed with the place, it was well air conditioned and clean. There was a group of five eating at the table, clearly enjoying there food, since they were hardly talking. There were three or four people I could see behind the counter cooking, and they all looked competent and not stressed. They looked like they were happy with what they were doing. Whilst waiting to be served I was looking at the food behind the glass and I was already happy that I chose this place. The food that was sitting behind the glass all looked top quality, fresh and organised. I was surprised to see raw burger meat on the shelf, it looked hand made, that impressed me. So after a few minutes I received my order and made some last minute choices, the owner I spoke to was a decent guy, he greeted me well, we had a little chat and a laugh, all while he did about ten different things. I went home, took the food out and we were not disappointed. Everything was excellent and my wife and kids were happy, and theyre not all easily pleased. The lamb chops were resteraunt quality, juicy and tender. I had it with mint sauce that came separate in a pot so it wasn't absorbed by the naan. I highly recommend the lamb chops. I've since been back many times because I enjoy the food that much and it's priced well, you get alot for what you pay for here. I recently tried the pizza here and must also say that the pizza is on another level and priced well. I made my own pizza... it was supreme. I'm very surprised to read some negative comments since I always had a great service here. I only leave reviews when I'm really happy with a service, and I like to share good things and experiences. The owner is conscientious too and cares about his service and I think it shows. 5/5 I highly recommend
