Dunkin'

We visit this location often, and typically count on good service. I've wanted to call out an extra special visit we had this past week. We went into the store, which is not common for us, to make our purchases. We were enthusiastically greeted by Abbie. She was full of energy pep and courtesy. She seemed to be manager to us because of the Comanche she had over the rest of the crew behind the counter. If she isn't the manager of this location, she should be. She was waiting on customers and keeping control of the goings-on behind the counter including the drive-thru. Catch people doing good, Abbie is a Star!!!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had no clue this location was no longer 24hrs and the employee was rude and condescending. On multiple occasions he gave my fiancé and i a nasty and horrible attitude. If you go around 7-10pm. Don’t go. You’ll bump into the most miserable employee you’ve ever met. Never going back… will be visiting Orangeburg from now on

I would give 0 star if I can. I went during Monday night. This place is a joke. Staff is completely incompetent, donut signs are missing or mislabeled. And gets annoyed with customer Bc we asked for a mislabeled donut. Whoever is running this place should get fired along with entire staff. The worst Dunkin donut ever.

These people couldn’t get orders right if their lives depended on it. ALWAYS out of something, 7:30am it was croissants. Asked for my usual coffee /almond milk/sugar and I got blueberry coffe w/ no sugar 🤔. Some of the younger girls need severe attitude adjustments. I’d give no stars if I could. Need new management and half the staff needs training on customer service.

Honestly I would rate 2, and a half stars. I've gone here for years. Over those years the service has always been mediocre. The place gets orders wrong all the time. It's not that it's a bad place just not good. If you love dunkin donuts the food won't be any different than any other dunkin donuts. The drive through is also pretty quick, and there is plenty of parking.
