Food was good, a little dry as hardly any sauce on burger and they got the order wrong and wouldn't sort it, even with the recipet

So much better than before, good food and clean and tidy tables.
The staff were not engaging but the service was good.

Food was tasty and hot. Quick service. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably one of the better KFC in Norwich.

Best tasting KFC I've been to in a while.
The service here is terrible tho. Staff are slow and rude.
Quite alot of the time they have got our order wrong so got to check it before you leave.
Make sure you go with plenty of time for waiting.
But when you do finally get your food it is hot and tasty.

Spaceous, clean and good service.
As you see in photos, there are plenty of seats and table outside as well.
Although it was bit busy, but I was served very quickly.
