Mcdonald's

A lot of things are changing at this McDonald’s and it is because of the new store owner. So understand that even we are frustrated that changes are happening, it’s unfair to both staff and customers. They decided to change the lunch/breakfast hours. • lunch continues to start at 10:30 am (weekdays) 11 am on weekends. • breakfast NO LONGER ends at 2pm. It now ENDS at 11 (weekdays) 12 on weekends. Happy meal toys • We are no longer allowed to sell them by themselves, you have to buy a happy meal now. • we can’t sell them in the mornings either. Yeah we know that before we were able to do it, and other McDonald’s do it too, but UNDERSTAND, that we are a franchise based restaurant, we aren’t apart of the actual McDonald’s corporation chain. (So basically it’s the store owner’s OWN rules, they can do what they wish to do differently from other McDonald’s) A lot of us aren’t happy either because of these changes, but it’s not like they actually care to hear us out like they supposedly “claim” that they do.

My go to McDonald’s location and I have never had a problem here. I have never had to look in the bag to see if all my items are on here. Maybe I’m just lucky or maybe they recognize me lol but I have never had a problem with my order. This location carries all their “limited time in selection locations “ items and all the times I have gotten a McFlurry or anything related to the ice cream machine it’s always working haha. I always order through the McDonald’s app so maybe that has to do with the correct orders and ice cream machine availability. The staff is polite and nice and even when very busy it’s a quick turn around. I will keep returning to this location

This McDonald's is so slow at night always have long lines and take forever with the food. The drive thru is timed I dont seem to care about making their quota. Even to take an order the workers sound lazy to obvious they dont want to work there. The person in front kept on trying to use the apple pay repeatedly held up the line. The worker can at least suggest another way of payment but nope they rather make customers let their food get cold instead of finding an alternate solution.

Destroyed my morning!!! Seldom go to this specific location and everything goes well except for today! We went to buy a Happy Meal toy but lo and behold they did not sold any because they do not sell the Happy Meal toy anymore. I told the cashier and even the manager (Kaylie) that we just bought a Happy Meal toy the day before from another branch without encountering any problem at all. So if other locations can sell us just the toy why can’t they?! The manager made up some lame excuse.. and this totally destroyed our morning, not being able to bring a Happy Meal toy for our little one just because some deprived us with the opportunity to do so.. very DISSATISFIED customer here!!!

Out of all the other McDonald's this place always give us the worst service. It's unfortunate because this one is closer to our house, we just opt for Jack in The Box instead since every time we go we are displeased with the service. If you don't like your job don't work there. Plenty of other jobs out there, you don't have to be miserable

Extra long line at drive Tru...got my order wrong... didn't tell me my coupon didn't work so just charged my card w out consent of extra charge...very rude at window, didn't try n fix the problem,and the coworker next to her had hickiesnall over her neck...very unprofessional at least use some makeup or bandaids...this was at like 10pm on 6/10/22

I’ve been to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest to me but I think I will be driving an extra mile to another where they are KIND. Although, my visit yesterday morning @ 9:17 am was relatively fast & MOST of the employees were nice, one needs a lot of work or maybe guidance. Gentleman at the start of your drive thru line taking orders, Darren or Derrick (I forget) is the face of the company as customers drive up. It is very clear that he is unhappy and does not want to be there. I generally don’t let other peoples moods or attitudes affect my moods but CMON you work with people and you’re in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be nice and smile, & don’t give rude & bad attitudes. You’re really repelling customers now. Teach a thing or two that managers at Chick-fil-A, In n out or Starbucks are teaching their employees.

The first time I came a girl spit in my food because I changed my order from chicken nuggets to a burger while still at the talk box. But I’ve worked in the food industry and different staff mean a different restaurant so I came back a month later. So the second time we came the refused to serve us because we were in a semi truck. We tried to place an order but she stood in front of the window talking to her coworker for 20 minutes refusing to acknowledge us? We travel all over California and I’ve never had a bad experience like this. I’m sure it was just this store and we had bad luck but unless you want really bad service and to leave feeling worse then..don’t go. Drive to ANY other McDonald’s and find great/excellent service!
