Costco

My wife and I have been enjoying stopping at Costco for years. We like everything about Costco like their bakery,meats,big bulk items and other item for the house and personal use. We also like their hot dogs and pizza for years. We have been to this Costco in Norwalk many time we like to go to different Costco stores in different area.

The store is super nice and you can find anything you'd expect to see in a Costco. Right now they are doing a terrible job dealing with the amount of people trying to get gas. Lines make it all the way to the street and it can be difficult to get gas. Finding parking also got worse since they are using an entire parking lot as space for the lines of people trying to get gas.

Parking can be a challenge on weekends BUT this is usually not an issue if you are okay with walking a little more and parking close to the gas station. This Costco is pretty large and we never have issues with finding the things we need. They are very busy always but most, if not all, cashiers are open and they move fairly quickly.

I am 74 and on oxygen. Today I went to the Norwalk, CA, Costco. I needed help putting my purchases in my car. Got a very nice youg man, Cyrus to help me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I purchased a rug and when putting it in my car, I noticed a flaw in it. I told him that I guess I was going to have to go back in and exchange it. I was already tired and had seen a long line at the return line so I knew it would take me awhile. He said that he would take care of it for me and a few minutes, he brought me back another one, saving the time it would have taken me. Costco, you have an outstanding employee with Cyrus.THANK YOU CYRUS
