Dunkin' Donuts

Worst customer service. Too make matters worse by a lady manager. Argument with a customer and telling her it was her fault. With that attitude she lost that one important customer she should have been apologetic to her instead of arguing with her. From what l witnessed am never going to that Dunkin donuts again. Which brings a number to losing two customers and she wasn't even wearing a name tag otherwise she has black hair of Hispanic origin. Middle height and the customer was of black descendant. Who happened to be nice and was just explaining her unfortunate situation she had lost something there l think. But instead of being calm the manager was rude and l turned back. .
