Dunkin'

Went to the Northfield dunkin today (We were the only customers in the place) the woman behind the counter "Luz- (thats the name on my reciept) asked what I wanted, I spoke clearly and at a decent volume because I dont want to have any mix up with my coffee as Im paying almost $5 for it , *id like a Medium Caramel Icedd Latte Please* in a very annoyed tone asked "you want it hot or cold?" Ummm *MEDIUM CARAMEL ICEDD LATTE* And then I got the typical eye roll and a huff as she had to change what she put into the register How about #1 Put your listening ears on lady, #2 work on your customer service skills (eye rolling is not the way to go)..

Went there for the 2-6pm $2 latte special. Been doing this for months, about 3x a week. Mind you the ad Dunkin runs does not have a date when this will end (why?). Ordered my latte, cashier did not tell me the total. Drove up to the window, which was probably less than 5 seconds. Saw the total was $4.50, asked what happened, cashier looked clueless. Manager came over, then explained the deal is over. Ok no problem, I don't want to pay more than double what I expected to pay, I'm leaving. Manager goes "Well good thing we didn't make it yet!". I think she stupidly thought it was my fault that the cashier didn't read me the total when I ordered, and no signage that the deal is no longer avail.
