Dunkin'

Pretty disappointing experience, especially when all I could eat was the one donut I got since everything else was burnt... The hash browns were all burnt, stuck together and cold. BOTH of the bagels I got were burnt as well, barely had any cream cheese in it, and stale. As for the strawberry frosted donut, it seemed fresh and tasted pretty good! Probably won’t be returning since the line was ridiculous and the food was even worse.

Worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. The store “opens” at 4 am although the doors are always locked. The app allows you to choose walk in or drive thru: MOST locations remove the option to walk in when the lobby is closed—NOT northbrook. I have requested and contacted the manager Oswaldo, however he has never responded to my customer concern. The cashier was rude and refused to give me his name OR the manager’s name. It was a young guy fixing the coffee that pulled me aside and gave me the requested information. I will NOT return to this location. I will drive 5 miles further for good customer service. Avoid at all cost.

It almost seems like a chore when I have to ask you to stir my iced coffee. I don't understand why you all think it's okay to hand your customer their iced coffee without stirring it. Do you think I enjoy taking a huge sip of just syrup? Do your job and stir the damn coffee... don't like it? Find somewhere else to work
