I really wish I could give a zero rating if possible, can't believe this happened to me. I went to this starbucks location at 10:30AM on Thursday, May 2nd, and ordered two drinks. A barista named Naz took my order and asked my name, which I told her explicitly as Tony. I paid the order with my starbucks rewards card too, which I believe she could see my name in their system. After the order was done, the name "Chung" was written on the labels. I went back to the counter and asked her about this and she told me the store was noisy, she read my lips and this was what she heard. The store wasn't even that busy and I was the only one at the counter, I was sure she heard what I said since both orders were made correctly. She could also choose to ask me again if she didn't hear clearly what I said, instead she chose to put a racial slur on the cup. Also Tony and "Chung" are nothing even close. As an asian customer, I can't believe this happened to me in a starbucks store. Definitely won't be coming back again and I have already filed a complaint to the Corporate, this employee should be fired and shame on you Starbucks.

great location! the staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and inviting regardless of whether you're a regular or new to the location. drinks are consistently amazing, and you won't miss anything at this store! employees go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience, i guarantee you will feel the love and warmth of this store the moment you walk in!

It's very welcoming and warm, I would say this is one of the more calm Starbucks gives you a relaxed feeling with the well blending colors and the photos on the wall. The staff is really friendly and will help you out if something should be wrong. It's a good working spot if you're one of those people who can't be in an office or is out for lunch, during rush hour I would recommend bringing earphones as it can get a bit noisy but then it diffs off to the nice calmness it emit. Gives you a good working aura, sitting there with a chai tea latte or whatever you prefer with your computer and just grind out what needs to be done. A really good spot for just slow down and relax. Has good service and doesn't take much time to get your drink. If you're on the run I would recommend the drive-through as they seem to prioritize it over customers at the register especially during rush hour.

The ventilation is very poor at this location. Coffee smell sticks with your clothes after an hour of being there. Many customers agree and the staff explained that it’s out of their hands. I hope the landlord invests into the location before many are turned away and go to another strip mall. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and professional. Same Starbucks coffee taste.

The best Starbucks I have been too. Other locations don't seem to hold a candle to this one. Management, David, and the staff particularly Danny, Naz, Tay, and Chris are exceptional. The store is very clean, organized (even during busy times), prompt, and most importantly the drinks and food are outstanding. Keep it up!

One of the dirtiest Starbucks I've even been in. There were no napkins in their sugar/cream area. It wasn't clean. And although they weren't busy, the barista gave me napkins from behind the counter and never refilled the napkin area. I know because I stayed a little bit to see if he would. He was not busy.

Great experience! I first tried the Starbucks down on Willow Road and yuck!!! I don't know about the afternoon staff, but the morning staff was miserable and rude. So, I went looking for another location and found this one! It was wonderful. The people actually said "Good Morning," and "You're Welcome" when I thanked them. They looked at the customers as they spoke and got our orders right! None of which can be said about the Willow Road location. I'm only in town for a few days, but whenever I come back, this will be my place!
