Dunkin'

Joining the 1 star club, what can I say. They have 4-5 people in the morning and they are very slow, not just that, they mess up your order. I have gone to locations with 2-3 people and they get orders out faster. The drive thru is so bad at times. Expect a long wait, I have been coming for over 3 months and I don’t think the owner looks at these reviews. Do better Dunkin

Gone on 2 different occasions and the drive thru was closed. The most recent was yesterday 1/13/22, pulled up and no one was taking my order. Said "hello?" a few times and the lights were turned off on me. Drove away and saw a chubby lady inside. At least have the courtesy to say "Sorry, we're closed".

Just went through the drive through and ordered my usual but ever single time I’ve ordered from here, they make it taste either too bitter or they make the wrong one. Also the people who work there have bad attitudes. I only go here because it’s closer to where I work. I’ll be going to the one in my hometown instead.

The worst order ever! I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this store disappointed me so much. I’m 9 months pregnant and I was craving my favorite Vanilla Chai Latte no foam. Well the taste was there but there was foam and the only thing that was warm was the cup. My husband ordered a large HOT chocolate, well it was not HOT and it was water not milky or chocolate. What they gave us was brown water with no taste of chocolate at all. Also we ordered a Large and they only filled it up to the middle like they had no more hot chocolate and they just gave me the last of what they had. Never again!!! I’m disgusted 🤭

First time here. Drive thru was full, inside was full. The workers were doing their best to handle the orders, but there was a man standing around either the owner or manager and he wouldn't jump in to help. He kept telling the workers what to do and interrupting them as busy as they were. He wasn't helping so basically he was just in the way.
