Very disappointed. The lady behind the counter was pretty lost. It's sad when I have to explain how to do everything. She didn't know how to use my 5 coffee card. So I walked her through that. Then she forgot to give the card back, even though it had 3 coffees left. Then she kept walking away thinking my order was done, forgetting to give me half my items. Overall, a very poor experience

Ordered through door dash 3 times. They messed up all 3 times. Just wanted 1 hot caramel latte every single time. First was a coffee, not a latte. The second time it was an iced coffee. Today, they gave me a 3/4 full cup with no caramel swirl. Never again. I was not given money back because they messed it up too many times. Avoid this store.

This place was extremely dirty and the staff was horrendously unfriendly. The lady at the register was literally texting as I ordered. When I finished paying, she said nothing. All she did was pick her phone up off the counter and start texting again. It then took them 15 minutes to serve the two coffees ordered by the customers in front of me, and then the two that I ordered. I could definitely tell that my being there was an inconvenience to the entire team working that day.

Dunkin has always been one of my favorite go to places however with WFH, I rarely visit. Rightfully so as after 40 even the air the one breathe can cause some extra love handles but enough about me..reasonably priced,-yes, tasty-absolutely! Convenient-yes. Keep up the good work and don't lose site of the customers waiting patiently in the line.

NEVER order from this place!!! We used Uber eats to get coffee and donuts from here because we’re waiting for our car to be shipped from our of state. We placed our order online and a few moments later they called to tell us they didn’t have the donuts we wanted. So we chose something else. We placed our order at 6:04pm and they kept delaying our delivery. The order finally arrived at 7:35pm. When we opened our bags, not only did they screw up the sizes of our order but they also DIDN’T pack our donuts?!!! Yet, we were charged for the donuts. They tell you to call if there’s any issues but when you call no one picks up. The hot chocolate was watered down, it tasted bad! The coffees were loaded with sugar, can’t even taste the coffee! I gave them 1 star because you can’t do 0!!!! Go somewhere else!
