Costco

I'm absolutely in love with Costco staff! They noticed me on crutches and asked if I would like to have one their mobility scooter. I was enjoying the ride and I was enjoying the shopping experience. I Wish that all other shopping centres around Australia would have scooters to help injured people to get around

Really great selection of stuff. Cheap petrol and good value food. The checkouts are pretty fast and the self serve for the take away place are quite convenient. It's a little annoying to go to the bathroom though if you are mid shop though as you have to try to sneak through the checkouts. You also must have a membership to shop here. Petrol prices quite good ATM, 180 for E10. Lots of samples in store.

This is a shop requiring an annual membership. Good prices if you're willing to buy in bulk. Does have a lot of American products not normally available in Australian shops. The takeaway offers a small selection of fast foods. The hotdog with refillable drink for $1.99 is good value (hotdog was very salty, so you will need the drink) and the Korean chicken wings are baked so they are a little dry.

I joined Costco, gold membership firstly to purchase the putter and golf wedges they had available, then I purchased the golf balls. Everything arrived, the putter box was a bit roughed up which had me worried, but it seems fine. I went back onto the site about 5 weeks get more balls but none was available. I got into live chat and was told that there was 700 units of the golf balls at the Ipswich Warehouse, and they would be available to purchase online on the 7/6(today). So, I checked the side today and still not available, so onto live chat again, which I was told they would not be available till the 22/7/22!!!!!! I was holding off to order my weights set and rowing machine along with the balls, and my wife was going to get a fire pit and new outside furniture. Now I will not buy anything with Costco again, and my wife and I will not renew our membership! I live very far away from any warehouse so online is my only option. I feel like I've been messed about. This is a joke shop not a online retail outfit. 0/10... How can you have 700 of one items, and this is only in one location, and not make it available to buy online. Mind blowing stuff from this joke shop

I found it very underwhelming & wouldn't recommend it unless you live in the area & don't value your time as you need to filter thru the whole store for the deals that are actually worth buying. Most things worked out to minimal savings if not more expensive than on sale price at the big supermarkets. When you factor in you need to pay for to be a member and shop here it's not worth it. The food at the end is actually cheap, but it's junk food so subscribing for this would be diabetes on a plate. The petrol was around 6-8 cents less than the big companies which will save you $3-10 on a full tank depending on the size of your car, If you're local this could be worthwhile but remember you're paying to use this service so you're $60 in the red before you get any fuel ⛽. Personally I won't be going back & am lucky I visited on a friend's card 😅. Each to their own though.
