Panera Bread

Placed a “rapid” pickup order. Arrived on time and it was not ready. I inquired with the food prepare staff. I was told to go check with the cashier. The line was long so the whole rapid pick up was shot at that point. When I finally got to the register it was clear the order was never fulfilled. It may have been the manager that then stuffed my order in some boxes and handed them to me. No discount and ZERO apology for the lack luster service. The freshness of the food was so so. Pretty disappointing!! I definitely think this location could improve customer service.

As a medical office we order Panera a lot. We are highly displeased every time because the orders are always incorrect. It never fails. We are as thorough as we can possibly be with the online ordering, always adding extra comments, always subbing items correctly and re-iterating it in the comments yet somehow it's still wrong. There is definitely an issue between the computer system and the employees making the food. This time they forgot all of our salads, and some sandwiches were incorrect. I've gone in there with the sandwiches, waited for the manager and had them re-made. It's just always such a chore to order lunch from here. 3 stars because management always seems to fix the issue whether it's remaking the incorrect food or crediting our business account. We are displeased yet always taken care of at the same time.

Throughout the week food was great however on the weekend I walked in to blasting r&b and the stock was low and customer service was poor. I had one person in front of me and we just ordered bagels. Took almost 20 mins to get 2 toasted bagels. Also no one wanted to help customers and take orders. One staff member passed it on to another staff member because she was too busy on her phone.
