Early morning crew has always been great. Great personalities and always happy when I leave.
Morning crew changed. (No names here). "Long Red Ponytail" Apparently was doing too good of a job, management noticed and we can't have that.
I am sure more than just I will miss her.
Less likely to shop there everymorning now.

I just got back from my two weeks training and this just made my morning ... I was tired never noticed this until I got to my car... thank you for your support

Twice through the drive thru and the order was still wrong. They gave us one less bagel then we ordered the first time, and didn't charge us, no big deal. It was slow so I went around again, ordered and the guy at the drive thru made a joke about wanting more. Got it and it was not correct, chaulked it up as a loss and moved on. I'll just avoid this location in the future.

Fasssst service at opening for 4 am. That really hit the spot after standing in the cold for 12 hours all night.

They gave us the worst coffee, bad enough that we had to throw it out immediately. They need to check how long the coffee has sat in the coffee pot. It tasted horrible like it was burnt, I'd never buy coffee from this coffee location ever again.
