Dunkin'

I really love my Dunkin Iced Coffee made just the way I love it. I enjoy ordering ahead in the app for easy pickup at the drive thru window. Simply place your order ahead and receive an order number to tell them when you arrive. I also love the Reward Points towards any size beverage of your choice when you earn 200 points. I have earned lots of free drinks so far and I am a regular customer so it doesn't take long to add the points. Try it if you love great freebies like me

If you want to wait a good 10-20 minutes for a cup of coffee or a latte, this is the place. I have an extra star because the order was right, and they mumbled a sorry…I think…customer service wise they were fine just must be understaffed or something. Wish they would’ve explained why it took so long…

I went through the drive-thru and waited for several minutes but no one asked for my order. I said hello several times but didn't hear anything. Someone pulled up behind me so I just went to the window to order. They said the person behind me had an app order and I would have to pull back around to order. They would not take my order at the window even though they were the ones who didn't respond. I've had issues with them in the past as well. Mostly getting the orders wrong. I'll never go back. And I usually go there every day.

Only because I ordered 8 items: 2 hummus toast 2 avocado toast 2 chesse tomato pesto toasted sandwiches and 2 sugar doughnuts. I didn't mind the wait. What I did mind was all eight items were brought out in a single fashion NOT in a bag and did get my receipt. I went and through the drive-thru so I didn't have to get out of my car to go into the store I still had to go into the store to get a freaking bag and my receipt unacceptable I thought it was just with one that Dunkin Donuts but I'm finding out that this is with all and this is unacceptable I don't know if this is individually done by store or if it's throughout all stores but totally unacceptable especially if you're driving cuz the last thing we want is our food to be on the floorboard of our cars while we're driving

Came through the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and they where not wearing masks. Man pulled up his mask over his mouth only to give me my food. When I asked about it, they argued with me. Woman said she had hers up because she had a cough. I saw hers down too earlier. I will not argue with dumb attitudes. I got rid of my food asap and left.

The people (especially Geo) inside this Dunkin have the worst attitude. I’ve never been so upset after buying a coffee in my life. No one is perfect everyone makes mistakes, but don’t give the customer a hard time if you made a honest mistake. Regardless, you’re still going to have to fix the mistake at the end of the day. Make the extra drive and buy your coffee somewhere else.
