Dunkin'

The Parking and the seating in and out were good but sometimes dirty with trash. The drive thru experience was pretty bad and every time we went thru the drive there was always someone different working. Anyway my dad gets coffee (and he’s a coffee expert) only few times a month and always gets a sm coffee but sometimes the coffee it old and sometimes two much cream. Now for myself I get sm sweet iced tea no lemon. But 98% of the time I get my sweet iced tea TO SWEET and to sweet makes I none drinkable. A solution I got if it’s to sweet is to dump little out and put water in it and stir and it taste good. When the snakin bacon came out I wanted to try and said no seasoning on it but they gave put seasoning on it anyway. (don’t recommend this specific place for drinks

I come to this Dunkin almost every morning and order “on-the-go”. The staff used to have everything fresh and ready and know exactly who was coming to the window (in the correct order). The last few months have unfortunately been very chaotic. Every single morning, I’m asked to pay and I have to remind them that I’ve already paid through my app with my order. They give me half of my order and I ALSO have to remind them that they are missing things. No straw, napkins or receipt given anymore unless asked. It’s very frustrating as this is not a “once in a while” happening, but on a daily basis.
