Pathetic. Expect broken food, low effort, and poor service. Food was handed over sideways, tacos had hardly any meat, a chunk was missing out of the crunch wrap. I still haven't unwrapped my full meal. I don't even call and complain anymore due to no difference being done. The picture shown has the crunch as i got it. I didn't take a bite. All I did was unwrap it.

Don’t ever come to this Taco Bell off the sold me food that was sitting there for hours I made it home not even two minutes away and everything was soggy when I called and asked to speak a manger the person that answered the phone told me he was a manager and when I complained about my food and asked for a refund they said let me get you over my assistant. I came to bring the phone back and they asked for a receipt that was never giving to me and said he couldn’t do a refund without the receipt after I put on a show he finally refund me money and didn’t give me the correct amount of money back that I paid

Last night about 8pm we were planning to have a birthday party at Buffalo Wild wings and got told 30 min hold then after 30 min were told 30 to 45 more minutes. We decided to go next door to taco bell instead. The employees were wonderful and welcomed us in (we were a party of 16 for a 3 year old and 1 year old party) We had plenty of room and the kids had a great time and the employees were so nice and handled us with care. I don't know why this taco bell wasn't any busier but they should be. A kind heart is hard to find in 2o22 but they had a very big kind heart for us. So a huge thank you to the men and women working here at 8 pm on 2/22/22. Yall ROCK!!!

I've gotten to know the night crew pretty well. They are always friendly and serve with a smile 😊. Even when they're short staffed (even more when lil' Root Beer is working) they do their best to get the orders out quickly!! Thanks night crew for making my Taco Bell experience a good one!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Lived by this T-Bell for three years and have frequented often. They used to be great, no complaints. But quality has declined recently. Missing sauce, really skimpy or sloppy fillings/toppings, and today I received a Chalupa with the sour cream on the outside. :) The shell was also stale and cold. 0/10, would no longer recommend

I went here for breakfast with 4 people. We have ordered other things but one thing from our order were 2 hash browns. The lady working at the drive through with the speaker had a horrible additude. We got our order but we didn’t receive a Pepsi or 2 hash browns. We just got a drink at McDonald’s instead (because it was cheaper) but my friend also wanted her hash brown. We went back through to tell the lady that we needed 2 hash browns and she gave us 1. We had to go BACK to the drive through and say that we needed 1 more. They told us that they weren’t going to give us 1 more because she had given us 2. Long story short we had to go through the drive through 4 times. Don’t go here unless you need your time wasted.

Went through the drive though when it wasn’t really busy, had to wait a moment for the food (that’s fine )and then got halfway home and saw that it wasn’t my right order so I go back and politely let them know what happened and they had me pull up to the window and they said they had an online order mix up (again,fine)but all I got was attitude from all the young employees, and they made it seem like I walked in there and just grabbed that food, and they were gossiping about me coming up to the window to look at me,I get messing up from time to time ,but it was their mess up and they should have been more apologetic and professional. Not cool :/
