Awesome little place to grab a bite to eat or a snack😋The manager was very friendly and immediately greeted me upon arrival. The place is very clean inside too! I personally love the triple decker club. I would highly recommend this City bites to ALL of my friends and family as the customer service here is absolutely amazing!! A+

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 24 minutes. They took my order 16 minutes ago and still have not received food or made it to the window. There has been one person that went in, ate, and left all in the time I've been in line.

The Norman store routinely deals orders at the drive thru. Save yourself the drive home and check before you leave the window. They are very apathetic about the situation. This may be why the other Norman store closed.

Hands down worst customer service I've experienced EVER. Completely disrespectful and my family that ordered an order well into the triple digits because of family being in town was greeted with wrong orders and disrespect when I tried to handle it. I'd rather kiss a rattlesnake than eat here again.

I ordered their Baja Salad, it was terrible, barely any chicken, lettuce was wilted and their Baja tacos were very wilted the avocados were brown and old. No flavor to anything. I am never ordering from this place again they are gross!!

My husband wanted a pot roast spud tonight. Luckily they weren't sold out like they have been the last few times we have tried to get one. The food is always good and the cookies are amazing. The issue I have is...why do they always hand you the bag with the spuds sideways? Nothing more frustrating than getting home with half of the gravy in the bottom of the bag!
