Sonic Drive-in

I usually go to the location off of penn but tried here because i was really excited to see the new place go up but Ive been severely let down. I ordered a patty melt and there was nothing melted about it. I got plain, untoasted bread and cold cheese. No one was notified, I had already left trusting my food was right and it ruined my lunch. I'm upset I paid for this and disappointed in the carelessness. Dont expect to see me back and to others reading this, check your food before leaving.

Tried to go through drive thru, there were like maybe 4 cars in there. Sat at drive through order box for 10 min with no on acknowledging me. Waved my hands around and said hello, no one answered. Decided to just leave, saw an employee out back on their phone, at least 5 other employees inside and around the store, with like 4 cars to serve in the lot. Honestly surprised no one could even be like "hey be with you in a minute" sheesh.

The manager Baylee is a hateful person. She constantly yells at staff members. When you order food you can hear her yelling at staff. Very unprofessional. They are always short staffed, and I can GUARANTEE you it’s because NOBODY wants to work with this manager. Employees are mainly teenagers and do not deserve to be screamed at and cussed out. I’ve tried reaching out to HR but was on an eternal hold for over 45 minutes. If HR would like to provide me an email to contact them I gladly would. Baylee needs to be fired ASAP.

The manager is always yelling at the works for nothing you can hear it when you are at the drive thru or in a stall. They have messed up my order so many times. To give my honest opinion y'all wonder why it takes forever because nobody wants to work there with a manger that yells. I would fire that girl and I think her name is Bailey

Not sure when they reopened but I went by tonight Dec 11, 2021 and the service was great! It took a little longer than I’m used to, but with that being said I got completely fresh and tasty food. If it’s going to continually provide the cleanliness and service it did tonight, it’ll definitely be the MAIN sonic in Norman from now on!
