If possible I'd give no stars. We ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 30 minutes. By the time we got our food it was cold. Not to mention we ordered a large Dr Pepper, a Route 44 Dr Pepper, and a route 44 Root Beer, and they were basically white. No syrup at all in them. They also gave us a medium instead of large. The last thing was that they completely covered the hot dog we ordered with relish. When I say covered I mean COVERED. You couldn't even see the bun. Looked like they just poured the whole bottle on.

I hate to post a review like this but I’ve given this location a few chances and they just aren’t the best. I understand they are busy being near campus but my order always takes 20+ minutes even for just a drink. Tonight I just ordered a large drink and after taking so long I noticed the price was wrong and the carhop said she would take my card in to fix it for me and after another long wait and no receipt I saw I was still charged wrong. If my order is going to be wrong or take a long time I would at least like to pay the right price.

A typical Sonic location, but they seem a bit quicker to get orders out to you and it doesn't seem to matter if you are parked or in the drive thru. Nice days if you have time a person can walk up or park and sit outdoors in the covered seating down the middle. 4 Stars instead of 5 as I always order no tomatoes, and they seem to always have them anyway. Not a deal breaker and I go back, but a little annoying.

I know everyone and their mom is short staffed but I'd so much rather wait long for my order to actually be correct. It's just an inconvenience to send it back to the kitchen if you're so overwhelmed already you can't read the sonic app orders :(

The bacon was burnt and the cost was outrageous for the portion of my meal I understand what is going on in the world right now but that's ridiculous to serve food that's burnt like my order was I am not going back to this location even though I live right by it

Ordered ahead had to wait 10 minutes when I got there they forgot my mozzarella sticks and then tried to get me to call a second number to get my order refunded. Do not recommend go to a different restaurant

They gave me my drink and side but not the main course. When I told them, they said I didn’t order it and couldn’t understand why I got the rest of it. So frustrating. I gave 3 because after three times of talking to the first cashier, the manager came over and got it fixed for me.

My family always enjoy the freshly prepared dine in meals as well as fresh produce and meats to take home. Of course the ice cream served or take home is also deliceous.
