5/27/22 10:30pm. Went through drive through and the lady said “hold on give me a moment”when she comes back to the mic she said “ I’m not taking orders at the moment due to short staff” I was so confused because why didn’t you just say that in the beginning seems like one of the workers just didn’t wanna cook. And I go to this Krystal’s all the time and never got turned away. Maybe turn off the lights and clock out if you can’t take orders what’s the point of you being there ??????

Last night, I went through drive through. It was about 1:30 am or so. I ordered 2 of the country fried steak crystals and the sausage and gravy balls. I tried ordering the meal country fried meal for 5.39 and the man behind counter, didn't even know the menu and proceeded to rush me, order my food and on top of that was rude to me and he called me crazy. His eyes were blood shot red and i told him to go look at the menu. Yes i was livid! He was really rude.

Was very fast for a big order. As always, they were very kind & polite. Which u don't see alot of in this generation. It is so much appreciated. Keep up the good work guys. And a solute to u too Ms. Kim the mngr. Keep up the good work & the great customer service !!! 😁🤓😁

I went through the drive thru placed an order after paying I waited 19 minutes the cashier came back to the window and said you're still here what do you need? I replied waiting on my order she said I thought I gave it to you. Do you have a receipt I said yes. She said hold on ,then came back and said we have a slow cook it's coming. Waited 5 more minutes thinking at least it will be hot and fresh. Boy was I wrong I was wondering what took so long to get room temperature food

Service is usually ok, but it seems like there is no manager/supervisor checking the accuracy of every order prior to it being delivered to the customer. If you ask for no onions, you get onions. If you ask for cheese, you get no cheese. Employees are ok, but managers need to step up and make sure that every single order is correct before going to the customer.

Ruben....is an Exceptional / Excellent / Genuine young man. He's an asset to this restaurant. He showed Courage / Integrity / Kindness and thoughtfulness.

I've been here a couple times late at night and both times they were all smiles and great food. So far so good :).

The only reason I am giving this place two is because the service i received was excellent. But it was at night and only one person was there and she was so young could not have been more than 16 or 17. I overheard her on the phone with her GM trying to get help but the gm said it's not her problem. Mind you I asked the girl if she was an Assistant manager and she said no. She looked scared. To me that was a dangerous situation anything could have happened a customer could have gotten upset or something and it escalated and she could have got hurt she could have got robbed this place is not a good place of respect and kindness to their employees
