Ihop

Ordered takeout 2 times - Chicken Sandwich was a 7.5 - the Mozzarella sticks were a 7.25 and the salad was a 2. Ordered a Tbone steak and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and the steak was a 7.25 and the eggs were a 7.75 - both orders were on time and quickly processed. Only complaint is they forgot my marinara sauce the 1st time but other than that - this location is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Food is Yummy!

If I could give a zero stars I would…… as a Customer that is not Hispanic I felt as if I was being discriminated against……. my waitress waited until our food was cold before she brought our plates out because she was too busy speaking Spanish with all of her fellow Spanish friends in the facility to service me and my family…… I have never been to a IHOP and was given such poor service I am so disappointed with IHOP at this point If you are black do not come to this location this is so sad the only black person in the whole building was the cook and I felt so uncomfortable honestly

Poor service!!! POOR management!! Our server went on break & we were told by another server (supervisor) that he would be taking over for her, we never saw him after that. We had to flag down another server for to go boxes & our check. When I went to check out their system wasn't working (they tried to run my card several times for almost 15 min). They asked if I had cash, who carries cash! I was in a hurry because my mom had a physical therapy appointment. There were no signs when we came about any issues & needed to pay by cash. Finally I said that I would leave my name & number & would come back with the cash, which they let me do. When I got back no one knew what I was talking about. They. called the manager & she said that since I had waited so long that she voided the ticket. I appreciate that, but it would have done that while I was still there rather than making a trip to the ATM & back. Won't be going back to this location again.

I just wanna say this location on 5000 Jimmy Carter Blvd. It’s 1:00am and I’m still up for some reason and I’m hungry right. I ordered Uber ears from this place and it was just like ihop is disposed to look and taste. I am an ihopian I know, I’ve worked at a few and know the fast great service on and off the field should be. It was hot, it was fresh, it was flavorful, I had all of my condiments, could really feel the love. Whoever was the chef on Saturday April 30 and all of the front of the house for gettin it done. So s/o to IHOP Jimmy Carter IHOP Should be proud of the people here that are representing their name and upholding their great standards and understanding excellent service. They’ll definitely keep me coming through the doors, Great Job
