Decided to have dinner for breakfast unexpectedly. It had been a couple years since we came to this location. Our server was a lovely lady named Jill. I had the sirloin tips and eggs w buttermilk pancakes. Yum. Jill suggested the butter pecan syrup which was so good. Hubby ordered the Colorado omelette, he said it was delicious. Coffee of course was fresh and piping hot. While the food was really tasty, it was Jill’s fun, friendly and superb service that made it a great dining experience. Give her a raise!

David my waiter was amazing. He let me use his personal cream and left it so I could have as much as I wanted. He was upbeat and professional. He see like he really enjoy his job.

server rude and discriminatory despite being a person of color himself, at first we were understanding and thought maybe his poor treatment was result of a bad or overworked day but quickly dismissed that upon seeing and hearing how he properly treated and cared for the surrounding tables
upon leaving to pay he stared at my daughter negatively and consistently for just finishing her drink. tried to understand his weird and faulty service behavior but he consistently made efforts to be rude and neglect

Horrible experience the waitress was so rude and unprofessional she was so disrespectful didn't bring the drinks or the cutlery didn't said hey or good morning she literally throwing the food To us no paper towels never replaced the coffee didn't bring the pitcher or the honey plus the food take forever when the restaurant was almost empty was 7 adults and a 2 years girl and she even trow the coloring sheet and crayons to her very bad experience never going back!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great professional employees and friendly safe environment. Food is fresh and hot. Try the mega monster burger it's delicious. Ordered via the website and food was ready when I came in. Excellent service!!

Friendly staff but the dirtiest IHOP I have EVER been in! The whole floor was littered with food , straw wrappers and other debris. The food looked old so this wasn't after a rush. This was a Mon morning at 9am with 3 customers in the restaurant. If you have time to lean, you got time to clean.
If the area you can see is this filthy I am affraid how filthy the areas you can't see are. I left after placing my order. The seating for the booths were worn with springs about to punchtur the paper thin vinyl.
Poor management and ownership. Hate to see IHOP go away like Shoney's or HoJo's did.
