Panda Express

Horrible service, everyone had an attitude since we got there and the little girl with the colored eyes just asks questions over and over cause she's so rushed that she makes everything so quick and STILL messed up our order, the lady at the register had an attitude as well, the manager needs to shut this place down and get some people that actually want to work. Muy mal servicio.

I don’t know how to post a picture. But I went before they closed and maybe because I did, is why I got a 20% discount. (Employee discount). For what they knew they where doing wrong. Literally had more cabbage onion and celery then chow-main. The sweet and sour sauce was so dry looked like plastic. I have all the food. Am thinking of going back first thing in the AM to get refund back. The beef and broccoli was so dry.

Although I was not charged for the 4th item I ordered, I had to return to the establishment in traffic and lost 30 minutes of my time. On 6-11-22 I went back to Panda Express. This time I walked in and saw what I ordered. No mistakes this time. I did not wait. Fast and good service on my take out order. Also military discount was applied.

I’m tired of going to this place and the work drama all the girl have when serving customers. Vanessa is constantly talking or having issues with other girls. They get my order wrong and I feel like I have to interrupt their bickering for them to pay attention to what they are actually doing. I don’t want to just call Vanessa out by name but I’ve noticed it’s usually her service that is distracting but she seems to be one of the few that try to multitask(by multitasking I mean arguing and working to serve customers). All the girls there need to get called out by corporate. The managers are just allowing this constant arguing around costumers. It’s getting so bad that I was given attitude by a worker because she was angry at another worker. Don’t worry I gave it right back so I’m not mad about that but still come-on enough is enough.
