Red Lobster

Didn't expect to be baited here but thats what they do here exactly. Didn't plan to come here, was on our way to another restaurant and saw their Tuesday special sign in the lawn. Figured good deal and we gave it a go. Good food and service but charged more money vs what's advertised. When asked why they said its a old sign. Charged us $45.99. Yeah it's only $4 that I could care less about but it's the principle, it's bait n switch basically. Stay away from here if can.

Listen, that Baja bowl is delicious! On our most recent Sunday visit there was no wait, the place was clean and the service was on point. Manny waited on us with a smile and our food arrived hot. With so many restaurants struggling still with staffing shortages, it was refreshing to get treated very well. To me, that's equally as important as the meal. Not they have an amazing spe special for $15 per person that gets you an app, side and entree...great deal and we still had some to take home.

Valentine's Day 2022 Two hostesses were in the bathroom for roughly ten minutes while our party of four was waiting to be seated. I had to call either a server or another employee over to get a table. We were seated in a booth which was cool. The two employees then came out of the restroom and told the one who was actually helping us, "Bathroom check." Not cool or good for a first impression. After being seated, we waited another ten minutes for a server to come take our drink order. She had no idea that we were there at all because no one told her that she had guests. The good part was that our food was delicious and our server was awesome as well. She took care of us efficiently and kindly. I think her name was Shannon? We had a nice time overall and will likely return in the future.

i’ve never had lobster before, so obviously i don’t eat here very often. it was tough and rubbery. i’m no expert on lobster clearly but i know seafood shouldn’t be like that. way overcooked. such a disappointment. everything else was pretty good though and our waitress was pleasant. 2 stars because you can’t even get the thing you’re famous for right.

Ordered the Ultimate All You Can Eat Shrimp. The waitress was nice and kept our drinks filled but it took over 30 minutes to get our first shrimp and the restaurant wasn't really busy. The shrimp was bland. The Scampi had virtually no garlic in it. We were very disappointed. We are probably done with Red Lobster.
