Little Damascus

So. I would classify myself as a gyro connoisseur. The lamb was excellent my only complaint was it wasn’t an authentic greek gyro. It was also a shawarma wrap instead of a pita. BUT. overall the customer service was excellent and if i was to get something different like the lamb shawarma im sure i would’ve loved it.

Fresh food , Great greetings, very fresh food that is really homemade and i will always recommend them . Their prices very reasonable comparing with other restaurants . Once you try their food you wont stop visiting them. I would love even to recommend them for occasions if you have a special party and you want fresh food then you got the right place

Very small inside. Mostly takeout with 3 tables of 4 chairs each. The food is phenomenal. The garlic sauce is amazing. I had the chicken shawarma plate and my wife had the sandwich. Both were amazing. First time I had tried shawarma and now I'll crave it regularly. The people were very friendly and the menu explains everything pretty well for those who don't know this style of food well.

WONDERFUL little, and I mean this literally, mom and pop and GRANDMA place where the food is fresh, the service is friendly and you truly feel like family! THAT my friends is what GOOD Syrian is all about! I'd been coming here for years till I moved to Boardman and it just became inconvenient to travel that far for GOOD middle eastern. Boy, was I missing out not having been back for almost 2 years! Here you you find some of the most succulent, tender home cooked meats you could ever have. Lamb, chicken, cooked (and raw, by request) kibbee, kuffta, fattoush and tabouli. The list goes on and on. All the while you are LITERALLY being served by a husband and wife team that always make you feel like you are at home and a member of the family! WHEN? WHEN was the last time you ate out and felt, truly, like that??? Take a peek behind the tall counter and you'll see "little granny" back there, head just over the counter, working her butt off helping her son and daughter in law cook OR out front by the register, sitting at her little table preparing the more complicated items, like grape leaves, just as if she were at home. That Is WONDERFUL to a foodie like me! Give them a shot. Don't be afraid if it's your first time trying this kind of food and ask for samples. They will accmodate you cause, guess what? YOU are a part of their family TOO when you are there! If give 'em 10 stars if I could.
