Subway

I've never had a experience as bad as this subway. The woman making my sandwich was very stingey with the veggies even when I asked for extra. When I asked for giardenera she gave me 50/50 oil and peppers. Possibly the worst experience at any subway in any state in the USA. The sandwich artist also couldn't speak English which I believe is a standard for working in America. I honestly should give this place a 1/5 but the food wasn't completely unedible but the service was terrible.

Worst Subway I have ever been to in my life. Use to be fine 15 years ago but ownership changed. When you get a sub they will skimp you on toppings. And don’t honor any promotions. Hopefully covid will make this place go out of business so they can learn nickel and dining your customers isn’t profitable.

AVOID THIS SUBWAY. theres another one not too far on waukegan. Go there instead. If i could leave zero stars i would. I asked for fresh bread (since i dont want my bread toasted) and the lady said the bread was fresh. No. No it wasn't. It was yesterdays bread. She said she baked the bread at 8am. 2 hr old bread doesnt taste like old bread. Its fluffy not stiff. I know because i baked my own bread at home. Not to mention how CHEAP and stingey they are on veggies. They throw the cheese on there all crooked. When you open up the sandwich, it just falls apart. Never again! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I pulled up and the lady working saw me all the way from where the bread is. She ran to the back as I exited my car and before I could even get to the door she starts mopping. I opened the door and she says "no! we're closed!". It wasn't 10pm and the door was open. I guess turning away paying customers is part of the business plan. I'd spend the extra time driving to the subway on Golf Rd. Do not come here unless you like poor service.

I signed up for a Subway promotion where Subway texts me a deal each week. I tried using my deal of buy one foot long get a free software drink and this Niles location. The employee told me it was not accepted and that I should read the location and it will say downtown Chicago only. I read it to her and it said greater Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana. I explained that Niles is including in the greater Chicagoland area. She then said that her manager doesn't like coupons.

Food was good but the employees working were beyond rude. After I bought my food I went back up for a drink. I handed her my credit card and the lady looked at me weird because there was a credit card limit which I didn't know about. So then the three ladies laughed at me and started to talk in their own native language. I felt very disrespected

Is the 2nd time I stop by this store and I was overcharged for the second time, the promotion said "2 ft long for $12" and I was charged $18 the second time I told him to adjust the charge to the promotion and he did, they will overcharge if you don't pay attention. Poor customer service, they also don't honor the cupons on the app. Don't recommend this place!
