Burger King

Drive thru was closed and some drinks down but the man at the window made us feel so welcome and he was so kind and nice. We talked and he explained why impossible burgers take a little more time. So gracious. Sweet and helpful. No cars behind me. He did above and beyond. I was not in a hurry, but the day for him was not exactly perfect, yet he was a grand member of the Burger King team. I have Minica the general Manager who is top notch. I live in Niles, MI and this is where I go. I am a Vegan. Thank you for putting on your menu something I can eat. I will try more if you add it. So I thought I'd give Burger King another shot. Apparently they went under some new management so I went there last night and when I pulled in the parking lot I thought I hit something or popped a tire. I hit the biggest pothole and when I realized that I didn't hit something or run over something I drove forward there's another big pothole as you go to go through the drive-through!!! They need to get that fixed. The food was great and the guy taking my order and giving me my order was funny and respectful. I will go back.

Absolutely fantastic the last 5 times I've been there! The food is the real star of the show and the staff here as of this writing has been nothing short of phenomenal. If you're coming here for "atmosphere ", you're doing it wrong. Bar none, fantastic staff and even better food. Majorly impressed and one of the best spots in town for a burger or quick bite. 5 stars overall
