The pizza was great. The service was a little slow. Had a call in order then when I got there still had to wait 15 minutes. But the lady working the pick up window was really nice.

The staff is always friendly and very appreciative of our purchase. Our food was exceptional, prepared exactly as ordered. This location is exemplary and should be the standard for all other locations. It always exceeds my expectations.

The store in newton ms has always made sure my order was correct and filled on time. If they did not have a topping or crust I ordered they would call and make sure I was satisfied.

The Edge pizza is the best of the best pizzas! Love the super thin crunchy crust with toppings to the edge. Had one for lunch and came back for two more for dinner. Please keep this.

I order a large stuff crust pizza and some chicken Alfredo pasta. It was after 9:30 so I’m guessing they were busy. Nevertheless, I tried to pay with the guy that took my order because I was having my food delivered to me but he hung up. I called back and was placed on hold over 5-7 minutes so I hung up. The guy got here and all I had was my card so he asked that I call back to the store and pay by phone. I did and the lady told me they were closed and if I didn’t have the cash the guy would have to take my food back to the store. To keep down any type of confusion I got the food from my table and returned it to the delivery guy who was so apologetic. I appreciate his great customer service but other than that I will never order anything from this Pizza Hut again! This isn’t my first bad experience at this location. I let the others slide because I thought that maybe they were just having a bad night. It’s happen one too many times!
