Tbe service is the worst I've ever had to interact with. Had to wait 20min for a combo.
Edit; gotta give props to Myca at the drive thru. My order was correct, very fast, and she asked me if I wanted jelly, ketchup, etc. Looks like all new employees.

This Burger King in newton has the best staff. I don’t know if they paying really well or what, but every time I go the food is fresh, correct, and quick! Tonight we almost pulled off without our kids meals but somebody working in there said HEY HEY don’t leave these. Thank you for caring.

i went thru drive thru & took advantage of their 2 croissant breakfast deal. i bit & chewed into a large piece of plastic film

door locked > i tried calling, asked for the manager but i spoke with the wrong person who said mgr was busy, come thru the line
ON A SIDENOTE
this BK Outlet isnt a great location. i don't mind long waits in line because their breakfast biscuits & croissants are usually a pretty good bet. i DO think they assemble sandwiches with burgers that have been sitting in warming bins toooo long.
good luck with their $1.49 chicken wads -> they are great when they are hot but are really bad when left sitting around toooo long

Quick drive thru even at peak lunch rush. Several employees inside the store went out of their way to say thank you and wish me a nice day.

I went to the Burger King tonight and Hailey(?) the night manager was sweeping the floors and picking your things off the floor. Without gloves. She then went to the fry/ onion ring area and filled our onions rings and frys using her hands. When I said something to her she said well next time I will have a dirty floor and you will have clean food.
When I ask for the managers name she called me a
B_ __ _ _. She told me to leave or she would call the police. All I did was ask for my money back and my coupon back.

Good, hot food and great service! We walked in as a group of 21 on a fairly busy evening and were greeted with smiles and how can I help yous. We had our food quickly. Clean, large dining room; well stocked service area. Well kept and clean restroom.

Always a long wait in drive thru doesn't matter how many cars are in line.Dining room is usually not open so I dont understand why the service is so slow.
