I asked for a McDouble only Mac sauce and only onions. I got it back with ketchup and pickle no big deal I bring the sandwiches in and have them remake them but when I get out to my truck there’s enough onions on the sandwhich for 6 McDoubles. DIME SIZE should be the portion not an inch thick. But drive thru I thought was great until I saw the ketchup and pickle. Can’t be quick servers without accuracy too.

Had fun bringing my mobility impaired mom to McD's. Used the drive up window and stayed in the car. We both enjoyed the coffee and the apple fritters. Additional bonus -- no line in the drive up!

Very rude. Drive thru crew girls arw young and they look like they cant ne borhered with their work. They cluster and talk amongst themselves standing around not even a hello or enthusiastic welcome at other fast food facilities. Stuff the bag in my face and expect me to leave.
Not very friendly staff here. Everyone needs training in customer service.

Whoever the man is who works weekend nights at the window is an amazing man and should be the manager. As for the manager. She’s definitely as useless as the dirt on my shoes. Overheard an order mistake and she made employees pay for it. Will be contacting corporate for her sloppy demeanor.

Cashier during the day is always rushed. Maybe he is pressured.... IDK. Ive been in customer service for 39 years. No company ive worked for would appreciate his brashness. He grabs the money and shoves the change at you. Today (approximately 12:20 pm may 2, 2022) I handed him the change first he said ty shut the window before i could give him the bills. I accidently dropped the $5 bill between my seat and the door and did not realize it. When he opened the window i handed him the money and he got nasty about how i only handed him $2 . I said what happened to the $5 that was there. I leaned out the window and looked on the ground. He said twice you got a big mac and fries. $7.55. You only gave me $2. He was not nice about it. He made me feel like i was trying to cheat him. I hated his rushed attitude in the past but today....although more convienient....I will go to burger king instead. I don't appreciate being treated like that. I don't live by the addage that the customer is always right but it is not ok to make the customer feel like a theif over an accident.

The drive thru service is getting very slow with long waits, when you go inside if you don't use the kiosk they don't serve you, when your standing at the register for 10 minutes and no one helps you there's a problem,they didn't even pay any attention to me or the 2 customers behind me, because if your psying with cash you can't use the kiosk anymore pretty poor service I went to burger King

Ate dinner there. Bathroom toilet was leaking water. Staff seemed nice. Table area was clean.

Felt compelled to post. Not only did they forget a meal sandwich, they messed up two of the other orders. 12 minute drive. This happens almost ever other time. Obviously no leadership or managerial skills here.
