Worst Starbucks experience I have have had as a 25 year customer. Got in line at the drive through at 3pm on a holiday week Monday. After waiting in line at the drive through for 25 minutes - I get up to the window. After waiting a full 2 minutes a guy pops his head out to explain that the store is closed. I said - “I just waited in line 25 minutes - as a customer it’s really frustrating that I could not tell you were closed before waiting in line for that long.” At that point he pointed to a letter sized paper attached to the window of the drive through that listed the hours. Apparently they closed at noon. Why they cannot figure out how to let customers know the drive through is closed before they enter the line wrapped around the building is beyond me. Send someone out - get some portable signs - anything to not waste people’s time like that. There were at least 15 other cars that had the same experience I did. Starbucks workers all inside the restaurant acting completely oblivious. I feel like Starbucks does not value its customers or their time in the least after this experience. Worst customer experience I have had in years.

This location of Starbucks always serves up good coffee one of my favorite things to get here on the menu is when they offer the holiday special drinks. I order the peppermint mocha. The employees are really nice here the only reason I rated it for stars is because of the layout and location of this Starbucks parking is extremely tight and the inside is very small.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible location and management. They change their hours randomly, daily, sometimes day by day basis. No consistency. Poor management. Disrespectful toward customers too. Terrible customer service. It’s sad when a target Starbucks is better than an actually Starbucks location.

You are unable to enter the store. The drive through line was ridiculously long. They have curbside service but fail to tell you they won't provide curbside service after dark. We pulled up and ordered when it was still light outside. Another curb pick up customer told use they won't bring drinks out after dark which it had become at this point. We called and inquired about our order and the barista said their online ordering turns off at dark because they don't provide curbside service after dark. We let them know their online ordering didn't turn off and it charged my card. The barista was rude on the phone. And stated they would bring the drinks to the door. The male barista who brought the drinks to the door of the store was also rude. There were several curbside pickup customers at the door trying to get their orders at that time as well. Worst experience ever at a Starbucks store.

Everyone here is nice and the coffee is well made. My only suggestion is to not have mobile orders open if you’re doing drive through only. It’s misleading and people who don’t want to wait in the line now have to because they’ve already paid. I waited outside ten minutes because I watched another man get his drink handed out to him and after never being acknowledged I called, then had to wait in line another fifteen minutes.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!! Inside is not open. They have curbside pick up but they don’t want you to use it. Girl told me while I was waiting outside to make an online order “can you use the drive through?” So I got in the giant line in the drive through which was moving WAY to slow for a normal Starbucks. When I got to the window the drink was made cold when the order (and label) said hot. The Impossible breakfast sandwich I got was WAY over cooked. The bun was to hard to eat. This was a terrible experience. The staff is polite but they need to get the store together and be ready for the extremely long line in the drive through.
