Panda Express

My kids wanted the Panda Express chow mien and went there yesterday for lunch. Thought it's a long line, but it's not. The food is already prepared and ready and the ordering is smooth as it is. Did not encounter hassle so everything is just fine. Food is good. Kids are happy. I'm happy too. I will definitely come back. 😀😄😎

I thought it was called broccoli AND beef not just broccoli haha **edit** Told friend do NOT get me anything because they became so stingy...but here I am again. What makes me upset is this "Angus Steak" costs MORE and this is what we got. This is all the steak we get for an extra 4 dollars...**extra edit** those are MUSHROOMS not steak in the noodles...

Stood in line for 40 minutes without a mask to place it to go order I’m at the register they demanded I have a mask. Did not offer me one as I had left it in the car. Reviewing LA County‘s policy you do not have to wear a mask while ordering food picking up food or paying for food. And that was updated four days ago. The manager needs to check the health policy daily for revisions. I’ve been going there twice a week throughout Covid and have not had a problem but I’ve never forgotten my mask this was a first I was highly disappointed in the way the management handled it at my employees walked by and could’ve offered me a mask or told me I needed a mask I could’ve stepped out of line contact my car before I waited 40 minutes

The cashier named "Brian" couldn't care less about the job and had a bad attitude. I went to pick up food for my brother and he just stood there for a solid 3 minutes not acknowledging that anyone was there. I was THE ONLY customer in line. Not only was his attitude terrible but he didn't include sauce for the spring rolls nor a fortune cookie. I understand being short staffed but I'm such an easy customer. Horrible employee.

Orange chicken taste sooooooooo good at this location, what are you guys putting that other locations are not? Also, why are 25% of the trays empty? Good amount of seating inside, nice and cool. Online orders are usually ready on time.... though understandably, from time to time due to lots of in-person volume, the online orders seem to take 2nd priority.

Not sure the cashiers name who was working today 5/3/2022. Evening shift around 8pm, But he alone can get eco sure to fail your store. He used the restroom WITH HIS APRON ON, and as he walked out of the restroom he did not proceed to wash his hands before continuing to ring up customers. Pretty gross to think that he could be doing that all the time. I Normally don’t leave reviews but he was rude as he rang me up and could have explained himself better without attitude!
