Its name does not do it justice. It is so much more than a produce store, although it has a beautiful array of fresh fruit and vegetables. It's a gourmet specialty food store hosting delicious local products. It's a sweet little gift store with cute items such as mugs, tea towels and handmade soaps. But best of all it is one of my favorite Wheelmen coffee spots with a huge selection of yummy muffins & scones displayed beside an appetizing delicatessen.
It is a hidden gem minutes off of i80 making it a perfect stop when traveling to Tahoe.

Cute place:) Delicious scones. Kind staff!:) Their prices are pretty steep but they tend to have really high quality farmers market produce and quality ingredients for their homemade pastries/foods.

Really is looking great again! The food is all wonderful, but as someone who cannot eat red meat, there is not enough variety in the deli case (and so much mayo based salads?!?) but the baked goods, the produce, the local goods & the cheese selection are EPIC! Friendly & wonderful staff.

A little off the beating path, but well worth it. A true farm to fork store. Great local produce and fruit. Fantastic deli, and great coffee. Local wines, mandarins, cheese, etc... delicious scones. We bought a brie pastry to bake for Christmas day. Stupendous!

Delicious build your own sandwiches and scones. Local mandarins and fresh produce. Outstanding deli, specialty foods and beverages. Tables to eat inside. This is a hidden gem only a couple of minutes off of the Newcastle exit. It has been a favorite store for over 20 years, even since we moved out of state.

Amazing store, they have plenty of specialty and organic products that are hard to find elsewhere in town. Great staff and vibe as well. They have coffee and sandwiches also which is a great option for prepared food in town.

A favorite of mine in South Auburn. Always dependable if I need a quick breakfast stop or just some coffee. My personal favorites are the scones and the daily breakfast sandwiches.
Fresh produce is always a plus and I really appreciate the atmosphere and employees. Hope to continue coming here for many more years to come.

I love this place. Relatively small, but carefully filled with beautiful, peak-of-ripeness produce, yummy stuff in jars like jam and pickles, and unique and delicious candies and snacks. They have a small deli and frozen foods too. Today I just got some tomatoes, which were amazing. I took a picture of the tomato selection and included it here. I also was checking out their 17 different garlic varieties! I need to get a few different types next time I get a good loaf of bread so I can try them out! Tiny foodie paradise.

Absolutely Delicious, homemade food!I Fresh, Organic, bakery, coffee, tea, wine, lunch, scones, a real treat. Had the best Panini sandwich, and fabulous necturine and blueberry scone, great coffee as well. Competitive pricing. Enjoyed, my visit. Thank you. Cozy, friendly, atmosphere.
