I'm someone who likes their food plain & bland but I have tried various dishes on the menu and all have been really nice. We were there on Saturday 23rd September and I decided to try their honeypot dessert and OMG, it was delicious. It's my favourite thing on their menu. The staff are always lovely and helpful as well

Popped in for a meal and a pint absolutely lovely! Janet, Kim and Holly were absolutely amazing and helpful.

Food: fills the stomach and the heart. They taste as if made with sincerity and love. Highlights were the sticky crispy chicken and the signature burger, which had the best onion rings I've eaten to date. My mother loved the latte and dark chocolate brownie too.
Atmosphere: the interiors are relaxed, spacious, and light.
Service: delivery was within great time. Janet especially was very accommodating, and Kim was industrious behind the scenes.

Called in for food and a couple if pints. Food and service was fine. Only thing that let the place down was the table itself was really sticky. It hadn't been wiped/cleaned properly. Small gripe but still a gripe

The food at the Swan was lovely. We sat outside and looked at the beautiful view while we ate. Service was excellent! We both had two courses. My husband had a starter and main and I had main and dessert. My dessert was a fruit crumble and a coffee. What a good idea! Not too much dessert and a coffee to finish the meal. Will go back again.

We parked our campervan here last night
Beautiful location,good food, and a great selection of beer.
The staff are super friendly.
We were met by two really lovely girls, Jordan and Chloe, who were a real asset to the pub.
It's a real pleasure to be here, and if we are ever back this way, we would definitely be back to the Swan

We stopped here for lunch on the Hadrian’s Wall Path. Great service and good eats. Cask ales, solid pub menu, and very hospitable staff.

We walked from Throkley to this pub and it was lovely. The beer garden was beautiful and the views were insane. The pub was very quiet inside but it still took a good hour to get a few snacks we ordered. The dog friendly aspect was my favourite as they really do cater for them with treats, fresh water and poo bags. I would definitely visit again ! Fantastic place and the food we had was delicious.
